THE PLAYERYou will provide coaching and training in a safe environment using the CrossFit methodologies.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL - Conduct a class while applying the CrossFit program safely and effectively. - Greet clients upon entering and throughout class. - Provide post training feedback and cues for improved performance. - Ensure a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity. - Identify the primary points of performance of foundational and additional movements. - Apply appropriate corrections toward improved movement. - Scale for any ability level. - Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their gym experience.
GHG24Requirements:YOU WILL BE GREAT AT BE FITNESS IFEducation High school diploma or equivalentExperience and/or Training 3 years CrossFit experience preferred.Licenses/Certificates CrossFit Level 1 or higher is required.
