As the key point of contact for this great dept you will be providing technical support to customers, such as selecting and sizing products based on application needs, writing sample and trouble shooting programs, providing technical data and information, trouble shooting problems etc. through ?800? technical telephone lines, emails, and web casting. In addition, providing customer service to customers, such as Price and Delivery, RMA coordination and customer complaint resolution etc. through ?800? technical telephone lines and emails.
