Senior Enablement Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager to enhance learning initiatives and support client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enablement activities and ensure alignment with corporate strategies
Design and execute onboarding and training programs for client-facing roles
Identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions to address them

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in designing and delivering learning development programs
7+ years in consulting and professional services for complex learning solutions
Broad-based knowledge of Learning and Development
Strong business and financial acumen
Experience with change management frameworks, such as ADKAR
