Job Description:
A company is looking for a BPO Program Manager to implement
business initiatives and drive efficiency with third-party BPO
partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Customer Success team and BPO leadership to manage
the program budget
Analyze data to identify trends and work collaboratively on
staffing forecasts
Implement change management and compliance of success metrics for
the program
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of proven BPO process management experience
Experience in a call center or remote service/support
environment
Familiarity with sales and service KPI metrics (SLA, AHT, CSAT,
etc.)
Experience working with a BPO or hybrid team
Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new platforms
