Inpatient Care Management Medical Director

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Inpatient Care Management Medical Director to manage inpatient care utilization and collaborate with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic outreach for collaboration with treating providers on care plans and clinical quality
Collaborate with operational and business partners on clinical and quality initiatives
Utilize evidence-based medicine guidelines for care reviews and management

Required Qualifications

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
Current Board Certification in an ABMS or AOBMS specialty
3+ years of clinical practice experience post-residency
Private home office and access to high-speed Internet
Technical proficiency in computer software and systems
