Job Description:

A company is looking for a full-time Travel Concierge to support guests at luxury vacation rentals.

Key Responsibilities

Answer common questions using scripts and creatively solve complex guest requests
Utilize various software tools for task management and property onboarding coordination
Perform tasks assigned by the manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
Available to work holidays and weekends in a remote setting
Possess a reliable laptop and strong internet access
Have a decent phone for international calling
Strong organizational and leadership skills
