IP/Trademark Attorney - Associate/Partner Opportunity - Established Mid-Size Chicago Law FirmAbout the Position:We are working with a dynamic Chicago law firm that has an immediate need for an intellectual property/trademark attorney to join its practice as an associate or partner (depending on experience) and work on all aspects of trademark prosecution, licensing, and enforcement. This practice represents clients ranging from start-ups to established companies in the full range of technology and IP matters.Highlights: - Collaborative work environment - Opportunity for a strong, hands-on IP practice - Firm proudly supports numerous Chicago area charities - No portable business is necessaryResponsibilities: - Represent clients ranging from start-ups to established companies in trademark prosecution, litigation, enforcement, and licensing - Counsel clients on commercial agreements, technology transactions, and IP licensing mattersRequired Qualifications: - 5 or more years of trademark experience - Previous experience with IP litigation, licensing, and enforcement, as well as technology transactions matters - Strong academic credentialsLocation:Chicago, IL (Hybrid)Position Type
