Job Description:

A company is looking for an Insurance Agency Sourcing Specialist responsible for expanding the distribution network of independent insurance agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan for agency partners
Onboard new agencies and provide necessary training and support
Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
7+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
Proven track record in sales, business development, or recruiting
Active Property & Casualty License preferred
