Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust and Safety Policy Analyst to
join their Taxonomy team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and implement Trust & Safety policies related to
social media and user-generated content
Analyze existing policies to identify gaps and conduct efficacy
reviews for data annotation projects
Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to
support policy development and training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or equivalent experience
preferred
2-3 years of experience in developing or improving content
policies, particularly in brand or online safety
Record of successfully completing projects independently
Sufficient knowledge of data science concepts, methods, and
processes
Strong experience with social media platform trust and safety and
community policies is a plus
