Job Description:
Ensure the growth of Entec through recurring revenue streams by
researching and prospecting new customers and securing Technical
Support Programs (TSPs). Develop the prospective database by
finding opportunities for business through phone calls, referrals,
networking, and past projects. Leverage data and subject matter
experts to transition prospects into Entec customers with TSPs and
extra work.
Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify prospects in assigned market, and promptly follow-up
on leads and referrals. Aggressively prospect both in-person and on
the phone and set minimum expectations for each based on close
ratio. Maintain an active backlog of proposals to ensure booking
goals are consistently met. Establish customer rapport and identify
needs. Know the customer and understand market forces to
effectively sell price escalations. Promptly respond to notices of
cancellation with a well-researched salvage plan.
- Estimate cost of proposed Technical Support Programs by
applying Entec's pricing system standards, while striving to
achieve margin goals.
- Understand the prospect's organization and decision-making
process. Anticipate and answer objections. Connect Entec
maintenance strategies with prospect's organizational goals. Commit
the prospect to a decision-making timeline.
- Engage and coordinate Entec resources, such as subject matter
experts, Service Project Specialists, Project Managers, System
Specialists, Service General Managers, Mechanical Service
Technicians and Executives, as required, to ensure Entec delivers
the outcomes the customer needs for success.
- Maintain a timely, accurate and thorough record of interaction
with the customer's key stakeholders, including but not limited to
phone calls, e-mails, personal interactions, proposals, and
bookings.
- Complete required training and development objectives within
the assigned time frame.
- Understand the relationship between performance, customer
satisfaction and new business. Participate in the sales process as
required to meet the needs of clients. Manage resources to ensure
reports and proposals address the customer's priorities. Encourage
customers to use all services available.
- Able to increase customer's perception and use of Entec's
services. Using technical resources, provide prompt, cost effective
solutions to customer's problems. Able to provide engineered
solutions to help customers operate consistent with their mission
and purpose. Build customer confidence.
- Understand credit policy. Feedback information and observations
to minimize risk exposure. Understand collection policy and
interface with customer as required to resolve collection issues
and assure prompt payment.
- Build rapport and productive working relationships with
customers, vendors, and other outside agents. Become involved in
community relation opportunities to enhance networking. Effectively
represent the Company's interests to enhance image and maximize
profits.
- Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your
supervisor. These special projects, at the determination of your
supervisor, may or may not become part of this position's primary
responsibilities. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

- Able to build and maintain rapport and positive working
relations with field, office, and management personnel to resolve
problems, exploit opportunities and maximize profits.
- Fluent in Microsoft applications and client relationship
management software. Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to keep self-informed on policy and procedure changes
and technical improvements relating to Company products, processes,
systems, and services.
