What You Will Do
The Network Infrastructure Regional Sales Manager will spearhead
business strategy and execution to drive revenue and profitability
within their assigned region. Key responsibilities include
developing and implementing regional plans to meet revenue goals,
monitoring business metrics, and identifying issues impacting
performance. The role involves deploying marketing & sales programs
and territory-specific initiatives to increase market share and
outpace competitors. You will manage account teams, develop
commercial talent, and leverage partner relationships to increase
sales efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will oversee
financial indicators to adapt strategies and lead efforts in
developing new market opportunities. This role involves traveling
to assist with team sales goals in Chicagoland, MI, IN, IA, NE, ND,
SD, MN, WI. You'll also travel to meet with end users, ecosystem
partners, and distributors that influence specification, demand
generation and subsequent revenue.
